The overall purpose of this position is to provide full secretarial support to the ambassador. The full job description is below. The successful applicant must have sound judgement, critical and analytical thinking, attention to detail, motivation, initiative, and an ability to set priorities. They must be highly organised, have excellent communication skills to build a robust network of contacts and be able to work cooperatively as part of a small team. The position is suited to an experienced personal assistant. We are looking for the successful appointee to be available to commence duties in July 2014.
