JOB PROFILE: - • Working under guidance of immediate supervisor to perform Patient Care Services, Addressing patient concerns and queries professionally, Answering Patient Calls along with the CRM emails and attending to patient requirement ASAP • Leading Patient Feedback Team along with that maintaining OPD / IPD / Reception / Console section by handling doctor appointment, Leading & Supervising the new recruited trainees regarding there on job requirement materials for learning purpose that can be beneficial for hospital in generating new business with the quality services being offered. • Addressing patient concerns professionally, Answering calls and attending to patient needs, Perform administrative duties including Printing, Copying, Filing patient medical records including medical bill and other important document. • Assisting patients and perform other oral and personal care activities, Supervising Monthly Operational Committee Meeting discussing issues with there Department Heads and sorting out the lacking problems with in the organization. • Monitor patient’s physical and behavioral changes and report any unusual situations to Supervisor, Build positive working relationships with patients and their families to make them feel like a homely Touch. • Daily inpatient feedback rounds to Private Rooms, General Wards, Semi Cabins, Presidential Suits to check about status of their comfort and facilities variating from treatment and the facilities being provided or not that too on time. • Daily hospital floor wise round check up about reporting of Standee and Brochures being kept on place or if anything is missing than immediately reporting it to the department manager to fix things with in mean time before patient rush. • Looking after V.I.P patients either a Bureaucrat, Industrialist, Politician, Actor by assisting them in there meetings with doctors regarding treatment check ups or about the follow ups or with the management people on priority basis.
