Main responsibilities include establishing and implementing policy and strategy for the Small Business Banking and Business Banking segments of the US Commercial Bank. The role will liaise with all aspects of DM lending including Strategy, Product, Credit Risk Management, Collections, Underwriting, Independent Risk, and others to fulfill the mission of managing risk. • Own and manage the DM Credit Program. • Own, manage, and drive policies for the DM space that are within tolerance levels set by the role itself and by Independent Risk. Identify emerging risks that may impact these policies • Prepare monthly documentation on DM credit quality and trends. Present results to various Committees including Business Risk Credit Committee (BRCC), SBB Risk Committee, and CM Risk Committee. • Lead and perform analytics that support risk policies and strategies. • Work closely with key partners to support and advance their projects being developed. • Support other projects within UCAR on behalf of the DM space. • Manage and develop staff. • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance. Masters degree preferred • Minimum of 10 years experience in the Financial Services industry with a majority of the experience in the DM space.
