JOB VACANCY Customer Service Staff Responsibilities: * To maintain reliable and satisfactory service to the customer * To maintain good rapport with the customer * To follow up all the shipment process & up date shipment process to customer * Monitoring shipment & Provide report to customer * To coordinate the shipment process with the operational team (Air) * To make sure the shipment process in accordance with the customer SOP Requirements: * Female * Age max. 30 years old * University degree from reputable university (preferable STMT) with min. GPA: 3.00. * Min. 3 years experience as a Customer Service / Operation for Air Freight in Forwarding or Logistic Company. * Familiar with custom regulation export and import process for Airfreight. * Good verbal & written communication in English & Indonesia. * Computer Literate, specially for MS.
