Jag berättade för en vän vad som händer i vår stad. In Gotenburg we have had 50 gunfights or drive by shootings this year. Resulting in 8 deaths and wounded thirty. Integration and segregation is becoming extremely clear as a we and them themed problem or shall we admit that it is an agenda. Or a reslut of an agenda where people is set out in powerty, uneducation and criminality. The policy in the city is to check the streetlights twice a year and then repair and fix it. The graffiti policy in the city says it shall be an ongoing screening and reporting of Graffiti and tags and it is to be fix without further delay. In a city with means, the city and the house owners (city owned or listed corporations mostly), we have not been able to fix the streetlights in the neighborhood where parents are afraid to let their children out an play. The City arranged a safety tour with the residents but the street lights will not be fixed in jet a month. The tour for the sanitation for graffiti and the funds to pay the privately owned graffiti remediation companies seams never to drain. It is very dark in our city this november not only as an effect of the latitude (we are on the same latitude as Anchorage). I spoke to a police, patroling the suburb in her car, and she said write and raise the attention! I have tried for so long .... but nothing happens. We live in a wealthy, healthy contry but we can do much better than this. The first sentence in the Swedish constitution reads as follows All public power in Sweden proceeds from the people. Unfortunately that can not be true if the peoples cry for streetlights has no direct effect. Then we all need not to question the Pantrarna-För Upprustning Av Förorten cry out - power to the people - but line up behind them and make a change.
