James 1:19 New International Version My dear brothers and sisters, take note of this: Everyone should be quick to listen, slow to speak and slow to become angry, Im interested in that drive, that rush to judgment, that is so prevalent in our society. We all know that pleasurable rush that comes from condemning, and in the short term its quite a satisfying thing to do, isnt it? J. K. Rowling Oliver Cromwell, 1st Lord Protector of the Commonwealth of England, Scotland and Ireland Once,, was noted for his rigid self-control in speaking in Parliament. He always waited until everyone else had had their say and then he made his pronouncement. He was thought a very wise man. This also applies in our daily life when making decisions regarding our moral actions. Listen to all the facts, do not be hasty, do not speak out of turn. Most of all, be slow to anger, for anger clouds the mind! Therefore, children of God lets remember to be quick to listen and slow to speak for it is God we are representing. God bless you, richly.
