Consisting of an 1830s cabin to the rear of the main house, a Greek revival semi-detached kitchen and an 1840s main house at the front, the house featured beautifully intact woodwork and faux bois painted doors inside. Today nothing remains other than the old family cemetery behind the home site. A truly devastating loss for Alabama.
