Jason Nero, who was gunned down at his mothers wake on Sunday night, is actually the suspect in her murder . Patricia Sphinx, Jasons blind mother, according to local newspaper reports, had lodged several complaints against her son at the Cunupia Police Station and intended to go further to have him evicted. However, she was shot dead on Friday night. By Sunday however, justice was served, albeit outside of the law. Jason, who was attending his mothers wake at her house, was called out and shot dead while he spoke with someone in a car, whom be obviously knew.
