Jason, There is no official league in the US for Pros only. The closest OS the UPS , that I could find. ANYONE can join the UPS for $160. If you win or place in their Tournies, u get points, and win enough, you can be ranked as a Pro in their league. However, there is no difference in the Pro or amature in that League. So it is like your league. It is more reconized and has a pro ranking. Danny is not ranked in it. So, you can play in it win, and be ranked Higher than Danny or Efron Truest for $160 and a first place win. Right now, Super Dave would be considered in the Pool world, ranked way Higher than Danny, if there were a Pro League that converted all the leagues and Tourney wins together. So to answer your question again, Danny is a member of a league that is Spondering that tourney. Danny is not a Ranked Player in The Us in any League in the Us, rather in their Pro Division or Amature Division. Does not mean his skill level is not pro, or at one time, he was not ranked as a Pro. As it stands however ( unless anyone can find different) he is not a Pro in the US, or has been one since 2007. He also has not been invited to any "Pro Events" since 2007. Like everyone else around here, he pays and he plays. Now if anyone can find better info then that, I and Jason would like to hear it. Mine is from Google. Super Dave, who is now a Master ( or Semi-Pro) and your Coach, has more info then I do. So you should ask him. So as it stands in the Pool World, Super Dave is closer to a Pro then Danny. Does it mean he is better skilled, you be the judge of that. One more time. Since 2007, lil Danny has not been Ranked as a Pro, or at least in the 180 ranking, as the closest to Anything cosidered Pro in the US. ( That I Can Find Printed) or Verified.
