Jefferson Bethkes message brought me to tears. Anyone who has suffered from depression or is in a dark place, should really give this a watch. If youre struggling to find a way to crawl out of the hole, give God your problems and look up to see him pull you out. People say its cliche, but sometimes you truly do need to suffer the pain to see the light, you need to walk through the rain to see the rainbow. As horrible as my past was, and as much pain as I felt, without those dark times I would have never been able to be the woman I am today nor would I have seen the light and miracles with which God graces us. Turning your problems over to God will alleviate yourself of the burden you feel you carry alone. The Footprints in the Sand poem has always resonated very strongly with me; I know that God would never give me a challenge too great for me to fight.
