That’s what Snowden has done." Thank you, Jeffrey. I raise a question of my own: IS IT DESIRABLE TO HAVE A GOVERNMENT THAT CAN SNOOP ON ITS CITIZEN IN BLANKET FASHION? If not, then why tolerate a government that swore to prevent such an abuse?
