Jharkhand completed 12yrs of its foundation and entered the 13th year.Since last 12yrs it could not complete its 12 steps forward. The reason is lack of single party and unstable govt. Political leaders spent and lost valuable 12 yrs time only to solve and settlement of their disputes to form temporary govt which are unsolved and unsettled till date and going on as it were. After formation of new state our political leaders fully indulged in corruption in making money. They fully misused the govt money . They spent their time in making from Hajar to lakh to crore to arab to no limit. This is the progress of Jharkhand within 12 yrs . When it will end no one can say.
