I)- A CONSULTANT FOR POLICIES SCOPING FOR SAVING FOR CHANGE (SFC): - Purpose of the consultancy: 1. Analyze the strengths and weakness of the current design of SFC (under the five-year strategy framework) in policy advocacy/influencing; recommendations for refining the design are expected. 2. Map the current endorsed or prospective policies or regulations that are relevant to SFC’s vision for impact; and analyze the opportunities for SFC to involve in the development, operationalization, or change process of those policies/regulations. 3.
