We are currently recruiting for CNC Machine Operators/Programmers Job Responsibilities: Plans CNC program to control contour path machining of metal parts of automatic machine tools. Analyzes part drawings, ske.tches and design data to determine dimension and configuration of cuts, selecting cutting tools and machine speeds and feeds according to knowledge of machine shop processes. Determines reference points and direction of machine cutting paths. Computes angular and linear dimensions and curvatures and outlines sequence of operations required to machine parts. Knowledge concerning mechanical principles, machining practices, properties of metals, and the application of mathematics and dimensions to tooling and the production of machined parts. Must understand work instructions, blueprints, and codes. Strong CAD/CAM skills Experience with selecting tooling and their uses Able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing Technical writing skills are a plus Experience working in cross functional group and team setting Job Requirements: High School Diploma Required 2-3 Years Work Experience Required. Machine Trade or CNC Machine programming preferred. Must have demonstrated writing CNC programs. Locations in Romeo,Grand Rapids and warren areas
