School Administration, Communication • Location: 50 meters closed to ROYAL UNIVERSITY OF AGRICULTURE ( Chamka Doung) • Schedule: Full-time ( 7:30am-7pm) Receptionist Duties • To provide friendly, understanding, and respectful service to parents and potential customers in both face-to-face situations, over the phone or via electronic means • To actively listen and attend to/report on all customers’ and staff’s needs • To support academic staff in establishing effective communication with parents and guardians of students • To provide timely and accurate information, upon request, to parents of students as well as potential customers and other persons • To collect daily student attendance and call parents/guardians in case of absences • To assist in all students affairs in the case of sickness, injury, early departure from school, and other related situations • To send out official letters to the parents and other external • To keep record of all documents going in and out of the school • To handle any incoming calls and make all necessary outgoing calls • To attend any meeting as instructed • To report to the Administration Officer • To take an active part in the on-going school improvement process Requirements • Strong customer orientation as well as experience with customer service • Experience in education administration • Excellent communication skills in Khmer and English • Computer literacy (MS Office software, internet research, and email) • Self-initiative, positive work attitude, flexibility, high team spirit and passion for education For more INFO call 012 925 388 A competitive salary will negotiated according experience qualifications the candidate.
