Jobs in PepsiCo-Senior Information Manager JOB PURPOSE Actively partner with various functional groups including Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing, Supply Chain, Production, Finance and others to develop monthly product availability forecasts for current and out quarters. Coordinate with RSMs and supply chain to develop and roll out daily/weekly &monthly dispatch plans to effectively service distributors nation wide PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES Sales Forecasting Drive all efforts related to sales planning and forecasting for S&D operations with an acquired understanding of volumes, pricing, product road maps, product transition, inventory issues and key forecasting metrics (product mix, growth rates) Collaborate with sales team to gather productforecasting input and prepare monthly/quarterly outlook Develop and provide monthly sales forecast based on current and historical data Develop & closely review forecast accuracy throughout quarter and manage associated adjustments as required Define automation path/process to improve forecast efficiency and accuracy KPI Dashboard Development and close tracking of sales KPIs Close monitoring and tracking of distributor stock floor & highlighting trends to facilitate informed planning and decision making Sales & Operations Coordination Represent sales to lead weekly SOP agenda in coordination with demand planner Close liaison with Regional Sales Managers to develop regional plans Assist with the material planning by developing a six month rolling forecast based on trends and market Consolidate plans for all new launches and share within the S&OP Provide sales input for production & dispatch planning Develop strong cordial and working relations with Operations team · Actively lead Sales and operations meeting as S&D representative · Partner with Ops to finalize the weekly and monthly production planning · Coordinate with RSMs and supply chain to develop and roll out daily/weekly &monthly dispatch plans to effectively service distributors nation wide · Actively support the HOS in developing strategies for AOP & IGP · Drive & lead Collaborate with RSM to generate regional and national sales forecast Budget Management Monitor and review S&D budget and track month on month spending Coordinate with Commercial Planner to receive S&D Budget reports and sort data to help identify issues to share with management Coordinate and facilitate financial planning with Finance, SOM and Revenue Manager Drive the quarterly budget submission process by collecting data from line management related to estimates of volume by account, scope increases/decreases, etc ; and provide related reports to finance for consolidation into a final operating plan System Development & Implementation Oversight of system development up gradation & data collection Monitor and provide input on project plans for all significant projects with clearly documented time & resource requirement and role / responsibilities Business Process & System Improvement Document S&D business processes and re-design them to ensure that information is generated efficiently and accurately. Knowledge/Skill: Business/Computer Science degree Sound communication skills Advanced level Excel skills Thinking Skills (Trend, data, events analysis to draw sound conclusions) Experience: one year in a team leadership role 3 years system implementation, business planning & development experience Experience gained in a similar sales/business analyst position Competencies: Solid time management Very detail-oriented with an ability to work independently as well as in a team-centric environment Planning & Organising (Multiple priority management) Results Driven (results based on specific efficiency and productivity KPIs within predefined time frames)
