The Governor patiently heard our plea for conducting Referendum In the state in both the regions. He promised us that our representation will surely sent to the Center and he promised us that our will be justified properly. He appreciated our Initiation specially. Subject: 1):- We at " Joint Action Committee of Commerce and Industry" (JACCI) a body with700 companies to protect the interests of the employees and managements of Trade, Commerce and Industry sectors of the state. "Joint Action committee of Commerce and Industry" works under the leadership of Sri. P.Rameshbabu (Managing Director of the AP MEDIA & BROADCASTING COMPANY PVT LTD) as Convener of Mr. Sayyad Rafi (CEO of SMART SOLUTIONS PVT LTD) and Mrs. Rani Prasad (CEO of RP Technologies PVT LTD) as Co-Conveners In the light of Congress Party Decision on the State Bifurcation and in view of the Growing agitations in Seemandhra Region All kinds of business are put to halt. We are suffering huge financial and production losses and damages. Telugu community has thrown into 20 years backwards. Keeping in mind the severity of the issue we are here would like to request your Excellency to interfere in this matter and order the concerned Government to take steps to Conduct Referendum in Both regions (Telangana and Seemandhra). This way we can involve people in taking decision for the state. The Majority decision will be the final as a general election procedure. The total expense will be very much less than the total loss due to Bandhs etc. Once for all the issue will be closed permanently. State will develop without hurdles. Subject: 2):- a) To order the Director General of Police to implement Court orders and arrest the Channel V6 Management and responsible staff. Because there hundreds of criminal cases pending against Channel V6 and staff in different parts of the state. b) To order the CBI for probe and arrest Mr. KT Ramarao MLA and Mr. Vivekananda MP and punish them for their illegal acts for disturbing spoiling the businesses of So many entrepreneurs in the city who settled here from different regions in the Andhra Pradesh and also in the other parts of the country like Orissa. For running a TV Channel with black money. Local police may be influenced by these people because they are politically powerful. c) Direct the Government to make a separate Commerce, Trade and Industrial policy to pro tect the businesses, Industries and commerce and service sectors of the state. We want only courts should decide on company issues. Not the police at a Rank of Inspector or ACP. We are ready to help Government making the policy. d) To protect our Convener by providing appropriate security round the clock, otherwise, our companies our families along with thousands of employees would be put to irreparable loss and injury which may not be compensated by any other means thereafter. e) To Transfer the City Police Commissioner for his involvement in civil matters and also his failure in protecting the Constitutional rights of Individuals even reported and for his failure in taking action against Court Orders. f) To Suspend ACP Banjara Hills Mr. Shankar Reddy and SHO Jubilee Hills for colluding with accused in so many cases and for colluding with Telangana leaders and Harassassing Businessmen for their personnel gains.
