#Joinus - IT Resourcer turns Account Manager within 6 -12 months. £35K - £50K (uncapped) This role will be working within our highest performing team, which counts Microsoft’s leading gold partners as their clients, either as a tier 1 or exclusive supplier. We urgently seek a Resourcer/ Account Delivery Consultant to play a pivotal role in the further growth and success of our Dynamics AX practice, and Cognitive Group. We already have the roles, the database, the network and opportunity, however we realise that we are missing out on significant opportunities due to the volume of roles we’re not currently able to work on, as our team is fully utilised. Consequently, building a pipeline at Cognitive is fairly straight forward if you are driven, tenacious, intelligent, and able to work with our existing candidates and clients in a professional and consultative manner. We understand the challenges associated with working for a non-specialist IT agency – everyone in the team have previously worked for large IT generalist recruiters. In a fast changing recruitment environment, where internal teams have many of the tools agency recruiters have, it’s imperative that one specialises.
