Jose Panganiban Police Arrest Suspect for Qualified Theft SUSPECT/S: Bonifacio Sergio y De Guzman, married and a resident of Barangay Calero, Jose Panganiban, Camarines Norte VICTIM/S: People of the Philippines DATE/TIME: July 6, 2014 at about 12:30 in the afternoon PLACE: Barangay Calero, Jose Panganiban, Camarines Norte In the report submitted by PCI VICTOR EMBIDO ABARCA, Officer in Charge of Jose Panganiban MPS to PSSUPT MOISES CUDAL PAGADUAN, Acting Provincial Director of Camarines Norte Police Provincial Office, disclosed that suspect was arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest, issued on October 7, 2008 by Hon. Roberto A. Escaro, Presiding Judge of RTC Branch 38 Daet, Camarines Norte. Suspect is charged for Qualified Theft, docketed under criminal case number 13563 and with Thirty Thousand Pesos (Php 30,000.00) bail recommended.
