July 8, 2014 Day 143 Evie decided last night she wanted to party so she basically kept Mommy and Daddy awake quite a bit in the night. She finally fell asleep on daddys chest about 5 am. When she woke, she was a happy little baby so Mommy and Evie enjoyed time playing games. Evie was laying facing Mommy when all of a sudden Evie grabbed her tube and pulled it out. She was lightning fast and boy was she proud of herself. Thankfully, there was another tube to put in but Pop-pop called about getting more tubes since Evie has almost gone through her month supply in the past week. Grammy brought breakfast in and then she and Mommy had fun with Evie. We kept telling Evie, I love you, in that sing-song type voice. After a bit, Evie made the sound mimicking our tones. We about cried and laughed. It was precious. We then spent time after lunch with family and got some pictures with Uncle Graham and Aunt Kelsey. Grammy and Pops was around to talk sweet things to Evie and get her to coo. Evie and Daddy listened in the tabernacle again tonight as Mommy helped lead worship. Evie knows her voice and she seemed to listen. After church, the family and Paula, ate supper in the dining hall and laughed until our sides ached. It has been so much fun to be together and even though Evie wont remember, the heritage of coming to camp has begun. We are blessed!
