June 20th - 26th I will be at Omega intensively training with my mentor Beryl Bender Birch. I hope to deepen my knowledge both physically and mentally, bringing back more of me to offer up to all of you. While I am away the schedule will be in full swing. Trom, CL, and Kurlz will be here to support and push you. I hope that you recognize this as an opportunity to explore what they have to offer if you havent already.
