June: Christmas with our 4 little munchkins is always a blessing, I think part of it really is just the joy of being parents and seeing your little ones faces light up at all the wonder of the day. Michael and I were pretty tired Christmas morning, we knew going to sleep that night that our buddy Grant Terrell Pray For Grant Terrell was standing at the doors of heaven and it was shortly after 5:30 that morning that we got word that he had entered the arms of our Lord. It was a little hard to do much in the next couple hours after that except cry and pray for our friends, because once our own children were up we had Christmas morning to celebrate. Our Grant was so excited to see the presents under the tree and could not wait to get his hands on them! The kids made quick do of the presents and then it was time for pancakes and play before we headed to my parents house for presents all over again with my side of the family. We ate a lot, played hard, were thankful for all we had, saw all four grandparents and went to bed exhausted! The kids played with gifts most of today, then spent a while outside while I tried to make sense of the chaos from yesterday that as one parent put it looked like Santas sleigh threw up all over our living room. We ask that you continue to lift up the Terrell family as they prepare for the funeral for their son. Please pray for our Grant and his sleeping, he is restless again and not sleeping well which means mommy and daddy are back to not sleeping well. We are not sure if this just means the MIBG therapy is wearing off and so he is in pain or if he is just experiencing insomnia. We hope you all had a wonderful Christmas and enjoyed being with family and/or loved ones. For those that spent this Christmas missing someone know you have been in our thoughts too.
