Just a couple things i have learned so far about parenting. Out of all the millions of things to learn. You shouldnt be too hard on kids but you cant be too easy on them either. I understand there r lines kids shouldnt cross and it is up to the patent to teach them. You cant have a child and expect them to know every right from every wrong! Kids r a handful ALOT of times but when you find yourself always yelling and nit picking at everything, I think its the parent who needs a reality check. I fall in that category myself at times. But one thing i cant stand is a parent who constantly tells their children what not to do and fails to show examples of what should be done. P.S. PARENTS GIVE YOURSELF A BREAK! AND CHOOSE YOUR BATTLES WISELY :) Some situations you just gotta give them some breathing room. Let them find out the hard way depending on the situation while being too strict and overly protective can result in rebellion. God I dont look forward to being a the mother of a teenager lol. Thats all folks :)
