Just a glimpse of what Alicia Muniz Cottam had to work with, and the task of domestication she had ahead of her. When we met 18 years ago, I was a camp cook and guide in the wilds of Montana. I spoke a very broken English, ( I blame that on all the Texans I hunted with), and a worse Spanish. I cooked her mountain lion steaks on our first date. We were married the morning of the last day of the Pheasant Hunt 2005, I actually told her that me and my yellow lab were going pheasant hunting early that morning and then Id meet her at the temple at 10am. I guess that was the wrong answer. She has put up with me ever since. Man its been a ride, 18 years, 4 kids, and currently 1 restaurant later, (thanks for all your support of Bellas Farr West) Thank you Alicia for all you do and have done for me and our children.
