Just a heads up to ill informed experts. 1. Our oval is in great condition. 2. Our fencing was upgraded prior to this season at looks great. 3. We have heaps of parking space on Norm Facey Oval. 4. Yes, our change rooms are old but we have showers with unlimited hot water and space on par with most other clubs in the WBFL. 5. We concede we dont have raised viewing for the second row of cars but are pretty sure you dont go to a grand final and expect to have 180 degree view of the whole oval from the comfort of your front seat. 6. Our tin shed area which includes bar, BBQ and fire is one of the best in the league with tiered viewing right on the boundary line. 7. We are very proud of our new netball courts which were completed for this season and were a 1/2 million dollar project. The courts are centrally located near all our facilities. 8. Wed also support a profit share arrangement for the grand final takings including canteen, beer shed and gate but request it be back dated to the previously held grand finals. My quick maths skills tells me weve missed out on quite a bit of revenue over the last 50 years. We are greatful for the opportunity to host the 2014 grand final and hope this is the start of a new inclusive WBFL direction where all clubs can work together to build the strength of the league long into the future.
