Just a reaction to that news item on police targeting cyclists for their own safety-I still wait for the magic moment when police stop a driver in Slovakia for not giving priority to a cyclist (you know that upside triangle sign;-) or one for not respecting the distance when overtaking a cyclist-whoever went to Devin from BA on bike knows what I mean.Otherwise I agree that biking aftre 2 beers is not wise,not to speak about not signalizing a change of direction which is a chronic issue among Slovak cyclists (you put your right/left arm in a horizontal position,right arm for a right turn,the left one for a left turn).
