Just a word of warning when thinking of purchasing a leather lounge suit. (And beware this is a rant!) Steve and I purchased a leather lounge suit from Hervey Norman Cambridge at the end of May. A few months later we noticed some marks appearing that looked like dry skin pilling. After some discussion and sending photos off etc over a few weeks, and being told that is was a spillage, which I argued that is was not! Hervey Norman finally sent a leather technician out to look at the lounge. And yes, it is a fault in the leather of the lounge. Almost 6 weeks later since my first contact regarding the issue we are still waiting for a response. (I did initially say I wouldnt purchase any furniture from Hervey Norman, now how I bloody wish I listened to myself!) I will say however the lady who sold us the lounge suit has been good and understanding just unfortunate that it seems like not much is actually happening maybe from other areas of the company to resolve the issue.
