Just arrived in Jalal-abad, Kyrgyzstan after a surreal 10 hour journey through the mountains. Perhaps one of the most beautiful routes Ive ever been on. I have almost no photos though as we were moving along the entire time in a shared taxi. But sometimes, certain experiences are better without a camera anyway, allowing us to simply observe and soak in our surroundings without worrying about getting the best shot. This was one of those experiences for sure. Do you sometimes put the camera away so that you can fully enjoy the moment?
