Just because a process or an idea is simple for you to understand it doesnt mean it is for somebody else. Maybe it took you seeing it 7 times for it to click in your head or a combination of small events that lead to you getting it. The point is to remember that we are all on our own path and that our daily situations shape our current perspectives and philosophies. What may be easy for you to understand because of your life experiences may be hard for me to get because its foreign. I havent had those same experiences! So whoever you are trying to relate to in life, whether it be your other half, best-friend, business partner, etc. REALLY get to know how much they are truly equipped to understand what you are trying to say. If you dont you may as well be speaking Chinese (unless youre Chinese)! :) you get the point. So ask questions! LISTEN to the answers and be compassionate when you dont agree with what they say. The object isnt to get them to see through your eyes. The OBJECT is to see through theirs.
