Just been on receiving end of appalling customer service from North West firm Linens Ltd. Linens Ltd knowingly supplied a sub-standard bedspread and refused point blank to honour their obligations under the Sale of Goods Act 1979. The company thought it acceptable to insist that the overwhelming musty odour could be washed out and gave me the only other option of returning the bedspread as unwanted at my own, not inconsiderable, expense. Because the bedspread was not of a satisfactory quality as required by the Sale of Goods Act, the company should have arranged for a free return but refused. Their customer service is appalling and I would strongly advise anyone to stay well clear of them as they are impossible to deal with.
