Just got a call from our case manager about Paisley and they want to do a compassion reassignment for us and medically transfer her back to the states to Walter Reed or transfer us back to Ft. Lewis. I have no idea why im so overwhelmed with the news of all this. I didnt think any of this would be possible so we never asked but they said Paisley will need so much care when she gets home and they want us to be closer to family. Walter Reed isnt closer to family but its closer than Germany. We also always wanted to go back to WA and that would be our choice if we chose to do the transfer, so its looking like thats going to happen before the year is over!!
