Just got some great, unexpected news this afternoon! Waylons ANC is now 900 so hes no longer neutropenic but we cant start chemo until August 13 SOOOOO St. Jude is flying us home for 9 days!!! We leave here Friday morning and will return on Sunday, August 10. I am so extremely grateful for this break! Because we will be gone for 9 days, I am required to moved out of RMH so I will be super busy packing up everything tonight and tomorrow. I already have 3 huge boxes and need to get more and will have the UPS store pick them up and ship to our house. When we return well be housed at the Grizzlies House which is on the St. Jude campus and will be there for 3 or 4 weeks until we get discharged and return home for good. We will probably need to get Waylons counts checked once or twice while were home to ensure he doesnt need another platelet transfusion, but other than that we are just going to enjoy being home and catching up with everyone!
