Just had my self a little heart attack! Anyone who knows me knows I am not afraid of spiders. Big, hairy hunsmans are welcome in my home so long as they keep the bug population down and stay on my walls where I can see them. The only ones that bother me are the dangerous ones. The red backs and white tip spiders. For those of you not familiar with them, White tips are the ones that impart a lovely little flesh eating bacteria when they bite you and you end up with massive holes where ever you are bitten. Believe it or not different breeds of spider have different personalities. White tips are aggressive things who, when threatened, will actually try and take you out. So I see one along the wall just under the roof and reach for the bug spray. I gave it to warren to spray him because we have high ceilings and I know he would get a better shot from further away (if theyre above you, they will jump at you when you spray them). So Woz sprays and to my horror the spiteful little thing catupults himself sideways off the wall, lands on my 11 month old baby and shoots down his neck under his shirt! I shrieked! He was wearing a buttoned cotton shirt with no elasticity, so Im freaking out trying to rip these freakin buttons off and get his top off with out the thing biting him. We open up his shirt, and I shriek again just for good measure, when I see the thing crawling around in there. Luckily he was on the cloth and not on Liams skin so It didnt bite him. Ugh! I think I need a drink now...
