Just left the ICU in Corpus, went to see my associate Eugene who was involved in a hit & run accident with a 18 wheeler this morning. Just seeing his wife broke my heart.. instead of me consoling her, she consoled me.. she tells me its in Gods hands now. How can someone just leave him there like that? Dont they have a heart?!! She said she appreciated the fact I went to see him and the only thing I could think of was that my associates are like my family, how could I not go?? My prayers to Eugene and his amazing wife Yolanda! God give me the strength to be strong, once my associates find out they will feel the same way I feel and Im going to have to be the Mgr I am and console them, without showing my emotions. :( Its things like this that you make you realize life is to short! Tell everyone you love that you love them!! Yes there will be bad days but there will also be good ones!!
