Just reading some articles about the Gigatown win. Looks like Timaru should get the title of Worst losers. Their Reps were saying they should have won, they were obviously the best town for it, and will now be like an Idol runner up as they will be the ones to become the most advanced town in NZ, despite not winning. Damn - I thought Southland had some unusual people but looks like the biggest share of unusual and deluded people appear to now live in Timaru. Especially when you listen to their proposal video, it sounded like it had been written by someone with one year of secondary schooling who was practicing a speech for Most Deluded Speech of the Year contest. lol
