Just saw this viral video that i think just happened recently in the BGC, Philippines. All i know is its all about the skateboard issue but I think what really happened was really complicated. To Pinoy hommies, whats the real status of the arresting men in uniform? are they policemen, traffic enforcers, city marshalls? The arrested caucasian folks sure got that english accent so its pretty much irrelevant to ask about those guys nationality and probably they broke some city rules. Nonetheless, What really happened?
