Dunford Jr., the United States and NATO commander in Afghanistan, made a late-night phone call to President Hamid Karzai to apologize for a drone strike in southern Helmand Province. which the military conceded had killed and wounded civilians. The call came, in the midst of long-term security agreement negotiations, after President Karzai publicly criticized the Thursday, early morning strike. But Drones have been getting a bad rap. And, wouldnt this be a perfect time for 60 Minutes, after their own Bhengazi scandal, to present a softer --apolitical-- report? Its so simple--
