Just wanted to chime in her with some sizing information on the flutter dress. The measurements that are shown are finished measurements, meaning that they dont fit a 21 chest, the chest on the dress only measures 21 around. So when you are choosing a size from the upcoming size chart, be sure to choose a size that is at least one size up from your childs chest measurement. Flutter dresses are supposed to fit loosely, so how loose you want it is up to you. If you would feel that the length is too long for the bodice or chest size that you need please feel free to let me know in the notes section when checking out or by PMing me here at SMR, and I will adjust the sizing for you.
