Just wanted to do a public service and recommend, if not BEG, everyone I see or meet or know or talk to to avoid Cooper Family Dentistry at all costs. The WORST dentist I have ever been to. They have literally made me cry 3 times in my 2 weeks of being a patient there. I will post pics if anyone wants them. They did a root canal on me almost a week ago, and not only is my temp crown absolutely awful in every way (front tooth by the way, my very front tooth!) but my mouth is now infected to the point where I have to take enough pain meds to kill a horse just to function. They are horribly rude, and when I was literally crying in the chair because the crown was so ugly, the assistant laughed it off and told me Its only 2 or 3 weeks. We purposely make them look bad so that people come back for the permanent. I refuse to see friends, Ive cancelled all of my plans, and most importantly, Im in so much pain I wake up crying near screaming every single day. Between seeing the front receptionist suck down a Thirstbuster and shove food in her face in front of all her patients, and the assistant I had have NO idea how to take x rays (Im a dental assistant btw), I am just horrified. I have never been treated so terribly anywhere in my life, and I wouldnt wish my worst enemy to get work done there.
