KAIKODU FOUNDATION – Minutes Of Meeting on 04.12.14 1. We are forming this foundation named as KAIKODU FOUNDATION. 2. Our mission is to help and provide education for the needy people. 3. We are registering this under the category of SOCIETY. 4. Board members of this foundation should be elect at the month of January, each year based on performance& activeness of the members. 5. We are planning to collect minimum of Rs.1000 /- per annum as a donation from an alumnus & from interested donors beyond alumni of HHSS, Alwai. 6. Collected fund will be deposited into Fixed Deposit in Nationalized Bank and an interest of the same will be utilize for paying fees, scholarships & stipend. 7. Eligibility criteria for the beneficiaries will formulate by Board committee members. 8. Beneficiaries will be identifying based on their data’s filled in application form. 9. Data’s must be analyze and originality will be verify, and then scrutinize by the Board committee members to find proper and valid people to get benefits. 10. Decision of the board committee members should be final. 11. Fund inflow & outflow details must be registered and will update in our website (kaikodu.org), to give details OPEN TO ALL concept. 12.
