Ken ess? Sometimes ye are in the doldrums and jist wytin for that first puff o wind. But the secret is tae enjoy the calmness. A perfect day? It was. Nothing oot o the ordinary happened. Nae gust o wyne or a flash o lichtin! Nae roasting hait sun or warm air fae the Mediterranean . Na...jist a typical late December day in Finechty. Gie cauld I admit. But ..just a perfect day. Loons were doon. They went for a walk wi my big sister and Ben . We had just had hame made lentil and bacon soup, wi loads o sandwiches. My favourite neice, my big sister , Elma and masel sat at the table, wi the three loons enjoying fun overlooking the Sooth Lawn. Me and Sanners sat wi Elma. Some guests arrived. And the Nicht? Lads are back hame for the nicht, Ben is watching Top Gear ben the front. Elma and Sandra are catching up on series 5 o Downton in Elmas kitchen...( Elma missed the hale series due tae circumstances beyond her control, and I am typically boring and watching the news up in my flatlet! Ye see...its the simple things that make it a perfect day. There is hope! Great Day!
