A host of other leaders and lecturers for your trip will be Kevin Loughlin, bird photographer and owner of Wildside, Edison Buenaño, South America’s top birding guide, Jared Lloyd, one of North Americas top, up-and-coming nature photographers and a bunch of great local guides as we hop aboard our 165 foot luxury riverboat and experience the Amazon in style. Our cruise will include daily lectures on birds, wildlife and photography, multiple excursions by motorized skiff each day, designed to reveal the incredible wildlife that calls the rainforest home and with any luck we’ll spot sloths, monkeys, toucans, macaws, pink dolphins and so much more! Two full days of exploration will be in Pacaya–Samiria National Reserve, where we’ll have the chance to experience the jungle up close with walks through the rainforest in search of frogs, lizards and, of course, birds.
