Kids Sports Conditioning - Bring a friend Month. Bring a friend (who has not previously attended a Sports Conditioning session) between the age 9-14 during November and both you and your friend will receive a complimentary sports conditioning session. Why? Well structured Sports Conditioning Programs have been proven throughout the world to reduce the likelihood of injuries as the body adapts to the gradual increased loads placed on the body resulting in stronger muscles, tendons and ligaments and bones. Many years of research has proved that all aspects of fitness can be improved including speed, agility, endurance, balance and flexibility by kids of all ages. Sessions are held Wednesday 5-6:15pm at Ladywood Reserve and Saturday 8:30-9:45am at Paddocks. This week were going to include some balance and stability activities.
