“Know Where You Are In Space September 28, 2014 October 26, 2014 2-4:30pm $35 Pre-Registration or $45 day of with Rod Ciocho Monthly Workshops in the Pursuit of Awareness and Alignment in Asana with Rod Ciocho To Achieve this understanding, no particular style will be emphasized. We will instead seek to uncover the, often unobserved, habitual patterns so that we may nurture or redirect them. Whether static or dynamic we will move through each pose connecting mind and body via the breath to expand our awareness. We may never achieve the “perfect pose”, but rather, we gently coax our body and mind to move in a direction of understanding, freedom, and the ability to feel where we are in space. This will help each student with proper posture and ease of movement that will be beneficial in everyday life. All students are welcome, but it is recommended that you have a least three months experience. There will be some work with partners to further our understanding.
