Knowing the heartache of relational difficulties, physical separation and the accusations of those who didnt understand, the apostle Paul counted it a great privilege to invest in others lives. Paul knew that Christs mandate to go and make disciples (Matthew 28:19) was about people, not programmes Love is a privilege, one that requires a great investment. Just as Christ laid down his life for us, we are to lay down our lives for our brothers (1 John 3:16). We are also bound to face rejection as we encourage, comfort, and urge people to live lives worthy of God. However, when we invest in people, the return is invaluable because, truly, nothing this world offers can compare to the joy of seeing others falling deeply in love with Jesus!
