Kristie Wysocki 07/23/2014 First of all let me start off by saying that Sunshine Ford Lincoln has the best customer service that I have ever received. From the moment I walked in the door I was approached right away by John Cubito. John was very welcoming, courteous and extremely knowledgable of their inventory. I am very indecisive and Johns patience never wore thin. He went out of his way to get the deal done and ensure it was what I wanted and was comfortable and happy with the product and cost. After committing to a Ford Fusion Titanium I was off to meet with their Business Administration Manager, Richard Romano. Richard never made me feel pressured and answered all of my questions. He was very personable and genuine. Two days later I signed all the paper work with John and he thoroughly showed me every feature on the car. John and Rich both congratulated me and I was off in my gorgeous new car with a huge cheese on my face! Later that evening I was looking at the paper work and the numbers just didnt seem to add up. I called Rich and he walked me through it and we ended our call. I was still feeling a little confused because of the way its itemized on the bank statement. Rich must have heard in my voice that I still was not comprehending what he had said and took it upon himself to call me back. He stayed on the phone with me and took an extra half hour or more to go through it step by step. He even had John beside him in his office as well. I was then confident and fully understood once John broke the numbers down for me. Most car dealerships you go to once the deal is signed you are just another # or $ sign to them. John and Rich went above and beyond for me. They were even willing to meet me in person and even offered to come to me so I didnt have to drive there. Who does that?! Their genuine concern for the customers happiness is their top priority. I can only hope that this review is read by their bosses and they are recognized for their amazing job and customer service. John and Rich, a sincere thanks to you gentlemen for all your time and patience. Its guys like you that make girls like me change their minds on the stereotype you are sometimes given. Keep up the outstanding job!!!!
