Kung Fu is brilliant, I stand by it 100% But it in this day and age when we have jobs, families and lives outside the peasant farming village community it simply takes too long to be considered an effective form of self defence And this is why we have the rise in popularity of combative arts and MMA and non TMA -they fill the gap-, Well I wasnt prepared to waste my life long learning of the Chinese Arts, and so I adapted what I teach into a systemised art form where people can become practically efficient to get fit and defend themselves from deadly force in a much shorter timeframe. We emphasise, self discipline, positive mind frame, fitness, health and commitment to the technique, Yes we pressure test everything and also employ progressive full contact training No you will not become Bruce Lee overnight, No you will not be able to run the Marathon du Sade without putting in the time, nor will ABC give you superhuman powers. It is a simple and highly effective skill set that is the distillation of my lifes work, travel and research into over 300 Art forms, And its all hung together on an easy to learn, easy to teach & easy to use framework.
