You can either use the leg extension machine ( I use it because the coated bar is much softer to my pelvic bones than the actual iron barbell) OR You can use the iron barbell with your desired weight or even with no weight. - HIP THRUSTERS: here is an exercise thats great for your booty, To do this sit on the floor & place your upper back and shoulders on a flat bench, with the barbell across your hips. Keep the lumbar spine and knees stable.... Next push from your heels and raise your hips straight up and squeeze your glutes at the top, making sure your body forms a straight line from your shoulders to your knees. Once at the top, slowly descend back down then repeat.
