LAKE HAVEN FACEBOOK RULES.....PLEASE READ! The purpose of Lake Havens facebook page is to promote the animals we have available for adoption. It has become rampant lately with posts on people soliciting funds, animals they want to rehome, for sale animals, free animals and more. These posts are confusing to people actually seeking an animal to adopt. Anyone in rescue is very sympathetic to issues relating to abused and neglected animals. We do our very best to help as many animals that we can but we are full as most shelters are. We are 100% operated by volunteers and 100% on donations. Many of our volunteers do this on top of their day jobs and we are 100% dedicated to animal rescue. If you would like help in rehoming an animal, you may email the Director at [email protected] with photos and details on the animal. Lake Haven may not be able to help the instant you email, so please be patient. So please read the dos and donts below.
