In 1957, it was invented by a famous Hawaiian bartender Harry Yee at the request by Bols for the promotion of their new liqueur - Blue Curacao. Mr. Yee is a cult personality in the tropical drink admirer community. For thirty years, he worked as the head barman in the Hilton Hawaiian Village in Honolulu and thats when he has created quite a few cocktails. You will need: crushed ice 20 ml white rum 10 ml Blue Curacao 50 ml pineapple juice 20 ml coconut cream A slice of pineapple for decoration Put a little crushed ice into a blender and pour rum, Blue Curacao, pineapple juice and coconut cream place. Stir for 20-30 seconds. Drain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a slice of pineapple.
